- All guests must be 16 or older
- No nudity — this is a fun, fitness-focused class
- Wear comfortable clothes that allow movement (shorts and vest tops work best)

Book a Hen Party
Our 2-hour private pole party sessions are packed with fun, laughter, and cheeky energy — perfect for hens, stags, or festive celebrations. Prices start from £180 for 6 people, £280 for 10 people, and £320 for 12 people. Each party includes a private session tailored to your group, party bags, a bottle of bubbles for the guest of honour, fun certificates, and plenty of photo opportunities. Additional guests can be added for £25 per person, up to a maximum of 16 people.
