Mums with Tums Pole Fittness
WEDNESDAY MORNINGS 11-12PM
£9 PER PERSON
A supportive, female-only class for postnatal women and those feeling self-conscious about their bodies. Rebuild strength, boost confidence, and reconnect through gentle, beginner-friendly movement.
Focus: Postnatal fitness, core strength, confidence

Mixed Ability Pole Fitness

A strength-building class that focuses on fundamental pole techniques. You'll work on spins, climbs, grips, and controlled transitions — with tailored progressions and regressions to suit your ability and goals.

Junior Pole Fitness
SATURDAY MORNINGS: 9:30-10:15AM
£32 FOR 4 CLASSES
An energetic and playful intro to pole for kids aged 7+. This class supports confidence, balance, strength, and coordination — all in a safe, age-appropriate environment.
Focus: Movement, fun, foundational skills
Level: Kids 7+

ONE SATURDAY EVERY MONTH: 6:30-7:30PM

If your answer is yes, then this is the perfect class for you. Enjoy a new experience of fitness, together for 1 hour per month, specifically designed to engage, revitalise, and reignite your passion for each other and for fitness. Expect both individual and double pole moves and combos, trust-building exercises, and lots of banter.

Own your space in this empowering class focused on posture, balance, leg lines, and sensual movement in heels. No choreography, no musicality — just the power of taking a moment to connect with your body and build confidence.
Focus: Heels skills, posture, floorwork, body awareness

WEDESDAYS 6:15-7:15PM

Experience a dynamic class that seamlessly combines stretch and pole techniques. You'll begin with 20 minutes dedicated to enhancing your flexibility with Dion, ensuring your body is fully prepared. Then, transition into 20 minutes with Amy, where you'll learn a pole move specifically connected to the stretching exercises you've just completed. This integrated approach supports better movement, helps prevent injury, and allows you to make meaningful progress in both flexibility and pole skills.

Level: all 15+ with parental consent

Filthy Flow
FRIDAYS 7-8:30PM
£10 PER PERSON
Our signature sexy pole class. Expect low-flow movement, sensual floorwork, hair flicks, and unapologetic attitude. A safe space to explore your sensuality, build confidence, and feel empowered.
Focus: Sensual movement, confidence, expression
Level: Open to all 18+

Beginners and Intermediates
TUESDAYS 6:15-7:15PM

Step into the spotlight and unleash your inner showgirl or guy!Join Crystal Valentine and become a Foxy Follie in a fun, flirty, and empowering burlesque class where you will learn your foundations!
Focus:posture and stance,strutting and walks, musicality and characterisation, hand and arm movements, tease and reveal, floorwork, routinesFocus: learning foundations and improving skills

Spin and Conditioning
THURSDAYS 6-7PM
£9 PER PERSON
The first part of this class focuses high-intensity, pole-based workout designed to build the raw strength, endurance, and grip power needed for pole tricks and transitions. Expect drills, holds, lifts, and targeted exercises using the pole to push your limits and accelerate your progress. It's tough — but it works.
The second part of class explores the dynamic art of spinning pole. You'll learn how to control momentum, create elegant shapes in motion, and link spins with fluid transitions. A magical, floaty feel with a surprising strength challenge!Focus: Spin technique, body control, transitions
Level: Suitable for those with basic pole experience 13+ (parental consent for under 18’s)
Open Training
THURSDAYS 7:15-8:15PM
£5.50 PER PERSON
A self-directed session for current students to practise moves, refine combos, build choreography, or even take time to stretch — your space, your pace. Instructor supervision is present, but no formal teaching is provided.
Focus: Independent practice
Level: Must have attended at least 5 classes
Note: All training is at your own risk. A qualified first aider is on-site at all times.
Foxes First Timers
MONDAYS 5-6PM
£9 PER PERSON
This beginner's class is all about learning your foundations. Body posture, conditioning, beginner shapes, basic spins and finally climbs and sits.You do not need any pole or dance experience for this class.
Expect lots of encouragement, laughter, and a safe space to try something new. By the end of class, you’ll feel more comfortable with the pole, start to connect movements into short sequences, and discover just how empowering (and fun!) pole can be.
Wear comfortable workout clothes—shorts are helpful for gripping the pole, but leggings are welcome too. No heels required for this class.
Focus: Strength, technique, progression
Level: Total beginners 18+
Foxes Flexibility and Stretch
THURSDAYS 5-5:45PM
£6.50 PER PERSON
This class is specifically designed to teach you safe stretching to help improve not only your flexibility but overall body posture. It is not about how far you can bend but about increasing your range of flexibly safely and correctly.
Focus: Strength, technique, increase flexibility
