    Mums with Tums Pole Fittness

    A supportive, female-only class for postnatal women and those feeling self-conscious about their bodies. Rebuild strength, boost confidence, and reconnect through gentle, beginner-friendly movement.

    Focus: Postnatal fitness, core strength, confidence
    Level: Beginner-friendly
    Young babies and children are welcome – we’re flexible!

    Pole Fitness

    A strength-building class that focuses on fundamental pole techniques. You'll work on spins, climbs, grips, and controlled transitions — with tailored progressions and regressions to suit your ability and goals.

    Focus: Strength, technique, progression
    Level: All levels welcome 15+ (parental consent for under 18’s)

    Junior Pole

    An energetic and playful intro to pole for kids aged 7+. This class supports confidence, balance, strength, and coordination — all in a safe, age-appropriate environment.

    Focus: Movement, fun, foundational skills
    Level: Kids 7+

    Pole Conditioning

    high-intensity, pole-based workout designed to build the raw strength, endurance, and grip power needed for pole tricks and transitions. Expect drills, holds, lifts, and targeted exercises using the pole to push your limits and accelerate your progress. It's tough — but it works.

    Focus: Pole-specific strength, stamina, endurance
    Level: All levels (modifications offered) 15+ (parental consent for under 18’s)

    minimum of 5 pole fitness class experience due to demand on the body.
    Duration: 45 minutes
    Note: No choreography or spins — just pure strength training, pole-style.

    Heels Technique

    Own your space in this empowering class focused on posture, balance, leg lines, and sensual movement in heels. No choreography, no musicality — just the power of taking a moment to connect with your body and build confidence.

    Focus: Heels skills, posture, floorwork, body awareness
    Level: Beginner to intermediate, 18+
    Heels required

    FLOWY LOW FLOW

    A choreography-led class that blends musicality, floorwork, and pole into fluid, expressive sequences. Perfect for those who want to dance with a difference, this class encourages creativity, confidence, and control through seamless transitions and soulful movement.

    Focus: Flow, musicality, expression
    Level: All levels, 15+ (parental consent required for under 18s)

    Filthy Flow

    Our signature sexy pole class. Expect low-flow movement, sensual floorwork, hair flicks, and unapologetic attitude. A safe space to explore your sensuality, build confidence, and feel empowered.

    Focus: Sensual movement, confidence, expression
    Level: Open to all 18+
    Kneepads and heels recommended

    Spin

    This class explores the dynamic art of spinning pole. You'll learn how to control momentum, create elegant shapes in motion, and link spins with fluid transitions. A magical, floaty feel with a surprising strength challenge!

    Focus: Spin technique, body control, transitions
    Level: Suitable for those with basic pole experience 15+ (parental consent for under 18’s)

    Self Training

    A self-directed session for current students to practise moves, refine combos, build choreography, or even take time to stretch — your space, your pace. Instructor supervision is present, but no formal teaching is provided.

    Focus: Independent practice
    Level: Must have attended at least 5 classes
    Note: All training is at your own risk. A qualified first aider is on-site at all times.
